Dave Welsh is going out on a limb - and is putting together his Top 20 lists. Dave grew up on South Jersey running as a graduate of Haddon Township High School. He runs with many of the top high school runners at our store runs, or in road races. He also volunteered to go up the Running Works Camp to do early season scouting, and will be at most of the big weekend meets during the fall.
