Runningco.com says: Moorestown has plenty of talented harriers back to put together a big 2007 season. Not only do the Quakers return their No. 1 and No. 2 runners from 2006 in senior James Mulski and junior Ben Friedman, but the team also brings back four others that were top seven last season. After Mulski and Friedman, Moorestown’s lineup looks like it will be made up of junior David Ringwood, senior Wylie Naylor, senior Kevin Healey, junior Alex Matteson and junior Ryan Wolff. Due to the depth of the Quakers, others that could break into the lineup throughout the season include senior Ryan Collier, junior Micah Friedman, senior Nate Achilly and sophomore Brandon Greenwood. In 2006, on their way to a third-place finish at Central Jersey Group 3 sectionals and a sixth-place finish at the Group 3 state meet, the team featured five-man spreads of under a minute. If the Quakers can keep a similar spread throughout 2007, they can win a lot of meets. This is a group that can win a sectional title and seriously contend for the Group 3 state title.
