Key Returnee: Sophomore Carli Griffin, the team’s No. 2 runner last fall who was seventh at South Jersey Group 3 sectionals.

Runningco.com says: Amanda Goetschius is gone, but the Crusaders still return a nice group of runners, led by sophomores Carli Griffin, Ashley Deckert, Gabby Hassinger and Jaclyn Keller, who were all top five runners in 2006. A dependable fifth runner is still needed, but coach Linda Marchese has plenty of talent for one to emerge. Delsea will once again do very well in its conference meets and should also pick up a top-five finish is what will be a deep South Jersey Group 3 sectional field.
