Runningco.com says: With the bulk of last year’s team graduated, Eustace heads into the season lacking depth and experience. The coaches are very high on junior Andy Arnold, a first-year cross country runner who they feel could be the team’s top man. Along with Arnold, seniors Brian Laskowski and Austin Bocchicchio will help round out the top three, while junior Ryan Tegeler and senior Tim Crisci will likely grab the four and five spots. But beyond these five, the Crusaders don’t have a whole lot to fill in gaps in the event one of the top five has an off day. Eustace will contend with Paul VI for the Olympic National title, but will need the Nos. 4 and 5 guys to improve quickly for the team to consistently compete at a high level at big meets. |
