Results of the Cross-Country Survey on Holmdel Park



385 Schools state they have cross-country; 193 would be a majority, which was required by the instructions from the cross-country committee.



319 (83%) schools with cross-country voted



177 (46% of the schools with cross-country) voted yes to make the change or 55% of those voting



142 (37% of the schools with cross-country) voted no to keep the meets at the park or 45% of those voting.



Since the majority of the schools with cross-country did not approve of the move, the issue will not be pursued any further (that is, it will not be brought before the NJSIAA Program Review Committee, the next step required for implementation.)
