Event Description

8K – flat and fast – starting and finishing at the Community House on Main Street. The traffic-free USATF certified course passes through the historic, tree-lined streets of 300 year old Moorestown. There are splits every mile and two water stops.

Runners pass baton at 1-mile intervals. Five pre-registration forms must be submitted together. Relay teams must be preregistered! Awards to top mixed adult and youth teams.
CORPORATE CHALLENGE
Awards to category winners. Fastest combined time of first four finishers from each corporate entry. Team members must be employees of corporate sponsor. Team
must be pre-registered and have submitted together.

Pre-registration packet pick-up at Moorestown Running Company, 115 West Main Street, Moorestown, NJ from Tuesday, June 3 through Friday, June 6, 10AM - 7PM.
Race Day Registration and packet pick-up starts at 7:00AM
1 Mile Fun Run – 8:30
8K Race – 8:30
Pre-registered Relay Participants only should be checked-in and at Mile markers by 8:15. First runner pick up Baton at 8:15 from Starter.

Moorestown is minutes away from anywhere in the Delaware Valley and South Jersey. It is only 20 minutes from Philadelphia.

Rt. 38: East ½ mile from Moorestown Mall, Left on Church St., Right on Main St.
Rt. 73: - to Rt. 38, and as above.
Rt. 295: to Exit 40B (Moorestown), West on Rt 38, Right on Church St., Right on Main St.
Rt. 130 – To Riverton Road, Right on Main St.
From Philadelphia – Any of the Bridges, and then follow the directions above.

Parking: Behind Community House, and in Community Parking Lot on Second St. behind the Moorestown Running Company.

Background

The Scott Coffee Moorestown Rotary 8K is named for the founder of the race who passed away in the summer of 2006. Proceeds benefit the activities of Moorestown Rotary Charities and the Scott Coffee Education Endowment for scholarships. The race is presented by the Moorestown Rotary Club in cooperation with the Township of Moorestown, and the Moorestown Community House.
