Are those nagging aches and pains getting you down?  Learn about some of the common running injuries and how to prevent them.  Physical therapist/Athletic Trainer Mandy Huggard from The Training Room at Velocity Sports Performance will speak about common running injuries such as runner’s knee, ITB tendonitis, and shin splints discussing how to recognize and prevent these problems.  Following Mandy’s presentation there will time to “Ask the therapist” about any of your own injuries that you may have questions about.

All Attendees get a free week of training at Velocity Sports Performance.  There will also be a raffle for 1 free month of adult fitness training.
